Now is the time of year when volunteering opportunities may be available with some local gardening projects – if you are interested please let us know.

There are now over 40 people registered with Forth Work Club using our services to job search, source training and find jobs!  We continue to offer free access to the internet for job searching on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm.JOB SEARCHING- USEFUL SITES

www.jobs.stv.tv

This site gives a good choice and you can choose between agencies and employers. There is a very comprehensive cover of locations and sectors in the search bar. The site itself gives a good description of the job and its duties. Most of the applications are on-line and the applications are easy to fill out and understand.  FW. Score: 6/10

www.gumtree.com

Gumtree is a website that you can use to advertise anything and some employers use this site too. This site does not have on-line applications or downloadable application packs. Most vacancies just require a phone call. You search a specific area for job vacancies and the site also allows you to choose between different types of job.  FW. Score: 4/10
